Can't change icons for Macrodroid shortcuts

I initially chose an orange skull for my "Exit Zello" macro. Then I decided that it didn't look great on the red background of the Swipe & Hold actions, so I wanted to change it from orange to white, but the icon and color now seem locked in place, and no matter how I try to delete and re-add it, it always is the orange skull I set initially.

I added an example video to hopefully make it clear what I mean. I should mention I am using Nova Launcher, since the info text in the icon selection says something about launchers. Video on unlisted youtube since it is too big for Github: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6R4gFcDxiVU

I just deleted and recreated the macro in Macrodroid, and in this way it let me pick the icon I wanted. Still can't edit it after the initial selection, but at least theres a workaround.

Thank you for pointing out this bug: I'll try to reproduce it and propose a fix. Unfortunately I don't have much time available at the moment, so development has slowed down a bit, but I'll make a note of the problem.
