We only found the post [ https://t.me/tonsociety/157 ] and filled out the form, we found no further information about the official procedure, can you inform us what to do? Do we just submit a PR here? What would you like us to include in the PR? If there any PR footsteps template? Thanks in advance.

You are welcome to review the process for submitting the request on completion of Footstep as stated in the Readme.

When you're done, all you have to do is create a PR with the footstep number (Footstep #140), link to the modified files (Done in PR) and the wallet number to receive the reward. Look at past footsteps to understand the official structure. Thank you!
