need full ncdc weather data for usage

You can download them from the official website's FTP: ftp://ftp.ncdc.noaa.gov/pub/data/noaa/
Edit: The dataset is quite large and it takes forever to download due to the limitations of FTP. I use lftp with the mirror command and 10 parallel threads (mirror --parallel=10) to get it. Still takes days :(
