repo name should indicate that it's an example application (not an angular-cli plugin)

I'm thinking "esri-angular-cli-example" to be more in line w/ my other repositories. That's an uglier name for sure, and I'd consider "angular-cli-esri-example", but my concern is that angular-cli will want to use the "angular-cli" prefix for plugins and such.
Open to suggestion here.
