Google not reading tags

This package seems to work great for displaying and updating title tags in the browser, but when I use Google Webmaster Tools to fetch the website the crawler isn't grabbing the SEO tags. This is also confirmed with our actual Google listing.
We have fast render and spiderable installed. Is this a known issue or something I could be setting up wrong?
The issue wasn't related to this package, I switched to mupx recently and there is a known issue with spiderable and containers. Solved it by switching to the ongoworks:spiderable package.
