Cannot see statistics without login. How i can fix it?

You could experiment with removing the if on line 40 here https://github.com/YOURLS/YOURLS/blob/6228a2874e532002286e99ecb364efb4eaa573fb/yourls-infos.php#L40 however at the moment this is outside the scope of this project.
