Can this be used for a private interface?

The look is very nice and streamlined - is there any easy way to skin it over for the Private installs?
I have several people who use it, and this is certainly more pleasant.
There's a new interface coming in one of the upcoming versions of YOURLS, and it is far more beautiful than this, I assure you. Look here: YOURLS/YOURLS#1383
I certainly thought about porting this to the admin interface, but I think this new look YOURLS have got going on is far more pleasing.
