The purpose of Code Cave Renter is to manage renting fees and pay the landlord automatically.

Section 1: Withdrawing Renting Fees From Approved Ethereum Accounts

The sub renters would add there ethereum account to the smart contract, and each week the ETH/AUD rate would be taken from an oracle, and automaticlly take the rent.

Section 2: Pay the landlord using Living

Using https://www.livingroomofsatoshi.com/ we can pay the pay the rent automatically to the landlords AUD bank account.
