USER STORY : W3C CSS Validation

As a Site Developer, I need to ensure style.css file do pass the W3C validation.
Acceptance Criteria :
When I copy and paste the content of style.css file then it doesn't throw any major errors.
Tasks :
- Validate style.css using the W3C validator
