Notifier does not exist in collection at
/usr/local/share/perl/5.28.1/App/Paws.pm line 476.
Not sure how/why this happened, yet.
This only appears to happen when a request fails for some reason, and also hasn't happened in a while. It's possible the proper cleanup of IO::Async objects will help here, too. Will reopen if it happens again.
