References should show page number besides section number and title

For example: section 3.6.8, Layer 2 should be Layer 2, section 3.6.8, page X etc. This will make physical book more useful
Connected to this: ports/registers now require writing the name AND address when referencing, this should be unified, similary to how instructions data is.
IMPORTANT make sure layout is not broken, on all pages!
Done, all section and port cross references now include page number
