Missing options for `LD` in up close chapter

  • n source is missing from LD (HL), LD (IX), LD (IY), only registers are marked
  • E register source is missing from LD IXH, LD IXL, LD IYH and LD IYL

While at it, maybe make alternating background colours for rows and columns, it would be much easier to find the match in the legend...
