Multiple buttons adding to Todoist task header

Happening on Todoist web v5052 (beta)
🐛 Describe the bug
Clicking on tasks and sub-tasks adds new buttons to the modal header.
Sometimes no button is added.
All the buttons have the same tooltip "Toggl Button" so there's no way of knowing to which task it belongs.
Expected behaviour
Only 1 button should be present for the currently opened task.
Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
- Go to todoist.com
- Open a task with nested sub-tasks
- Click on sub-tasks and back in breadcrumbs
