Nihilist wrapping after an apostrophe

From the Test Builder:

Block Size: 0
This line wraps after the apostrophe in I'm, leaving the M by itself in the third row.
This is another cryptanalysis problem, in case the encoders are different.
Looks like this one has been fixed - even if I go back to the same test I created when I submitted it, I can't reproduce this anymore.
