importing 13Fs filing

I am getting below error while importing data.
bundle exec rake filings:seed_minimal_db

I believe its because of this error.

Hi @yogeshdesh17, unfortunately I'm not sure I can help debug the yarn setup on your local machine. Sorry not to be of more help, but I'll leave this open in case others have ideas
