Start Problems ESP 8266 & WS2811

Hi,

i builded a plattform for my ESP, Level Shifter for WS2811.

ESP 8266
Level Shifter SN74AHCT125N
WS2811 Stripe

On a Image i found this:

So i build this:


Red Lines are 5V+
Green Lines are GND (- Out, 1OE and GND) *(i forgot to add green line to GND ESP. On the First Image the black isolated is the GND to ESP)
Yellow Line is Shifter to Stripe 1Y
Red Circle is D4 to 1A

After i read the * i removed the 62 Ohm Resistor.

3.3 Logic in is connected with D4 of ESP 8266
Logic out goes to data in of the stripe WS 2811

The Stripe is connected to 12v Power
The ESP get the Power of 5V in on the board.

The Software is running and i can change all in the Webgui. But i dont get any light.

My problem is: i dont get 3,3v out of D4. which Settings i have to change?
On D4 i only get 1,1V. On Shifter output i get 0V. The Shifter VCC has 5V.
On the End of the Stripe i get 12V on 12V and gnd port.
