Demo of an HTTP notifier

Notify

Notify pushes msgs to an HTTP enpoint in batches and within a specified interval.

Provides pkg/http_pusher, which can be used separately.

Usage

go install github.com/go-task/task/v3/cmd/task@latest
task build

Usage of ./cmd/notify/notify:
  -batch-amount int
        Max number of notifications per a single request (default 50)
  -help
        Show the help screen
  -interval int
        Time between buffer flushes, seconds (default 5)
  -timeout int
        HTTP timeout, seconds (default 30)
  -url string
        Destination URL (default "http://localhost:5050")

Using 15 messages from test/msgs and following commands:
