Add macos bindings

You said in an issue:
"No there is no support for macos as i does not own one to build the binaries and also that all the cloud build systems are costly so i cannot create a binary."
We have a mac (m1 and intel), is there any way we can help you with building binaries?

I'd like to help too, but I don't see any signs how those binaries should be precompiled in the repo.
