For users that find it helpful to have these settings and messages communicated over OSC.

Added in b6c8e6b. For now an OSC-message in the form of: /mercury killAll will be send when killAll is executed in the code.

In 01e4f67 now also sends OSC-messages from other settings such as:

/mercury/tempo 100
/mercury/randomSeed 8473
/mercury/scaleName minor_harmonic
