basePath incorrect in swagger file

The basePath in the swagger file appears to contain a copy and paste error from TMF670.
I would raise a PR, but I'm not sure what the correct basePath should be...
There are internal TMForum JIRAs on this:
And a TMForum JIRA-Task for the change (https://projects.tmforum.org/jira/browse/AP-2510) has been internally "Done" - so a fix is baked-in to the production pipeline for the next version.
