Status of Flurl and a roadmap to vNext?

I've followed Flurl off and on since late 2017, and and am impressed by your active support over the years and the community that's been built up around this library. Truly, hats off to you for your engagement on stack overflow and the documentation site. That isn't easy.
However...
We haven't seen a (meaningful) commit this year, the PRs that are open have been open for over a year, and I'm starting to wonder if V4 is ever coming.
Is there a roadmap, rough date, or some kind of plan to begin work again, or should we consider this library to be feature complete and/or in maintenance mode?
Not in maintenance mode. I'll be picking up on 4.0 again soon and hope to get it released this fall. Sorry for the lack of communication.
That said, please understand this project is a hobby. When life gets busy (work, family, or other things I'd rather be doing, frankly), it takes a back seat. If it delivered a paycheck I may treat it differently, but as it is people just need to understand that it gets worked on only when I get the free time and motivation. Thanks.
