Rendering bug causing blank/flickering window

Hi,
See attached video for the graphics bug making the app unusable. I'm on Windows 10, Intel(R) HD Graphics 620, I checked that I have the latest graphics driver. This has been the behavior since I installed it for the first time. When opening the app, I notice that it renders one frame correctly at first and then it goes into this blank/flickering mode.
