[Feature]: Custom Freehand Options

What's the feature?

I wanna try different draw config when I use tldraw, but after I reviewing your code, I find no way to set freehand options such as smoothing, thinning and so on. You use simulatePressureSettings/realPressureSettings/solidSettings as the default config in the class DrawShapeUtil. How could I set Freehand Options to get different drawing style?
