Problem with panning quickly

Shapes can kinda shift underneath you. To repro just pan around quickly.
I hold the mouse the whole time, but at some point the shape shifts - it's in a different spot in relation to my mouse cursor compared to where I started
I start with my mouse on top left of the shape, but then the mouse is suddenly on the right.
Seems to be coming from the long press PR
