Font Loading

Octopress depends on a custom font from Google fonts. See if that dependency can be removed or if the font can be loaded on the fly. See http://blog.jphpsf.com/2012/06/12/squeezing-octopress-for-faster-load-times.
For now I just commented out the custom fonts, and I don't think I really miss these.
