How to run n on Win11 arm64?

Win11 arm64 can run Windows x64 and arm64 software. But how to install n ?

Win11 arm64 is running on Parallels on macOS Ventura 13.5 on M1 Air.

Here I'm running Node.js x64 version from https://nodejs.org/dist/latest-v14.x/ (not arm64 version).

But n does not like it.

I tried installing n on Win11 x64. It look like n does not support Windows at all.
