Enhancement: Add a CLI/TUI interface

It would be neat to be able to edit USTs in the terminal use UTSU through a terminal. Just an enhancement suggestion though, it's not a priority to me or anything.

USTs are just INI files, you can open up your favourite editor and work from there. The goal of UTSU is a GUI editor/frontend for the UTAU engines. I'm not the developer, but an interface of that manner seems out of scope.
