The scroll to the bottom shortcut dissapear when scrolling upwards too much...

Describe the bug
The scroll to the bottom shortcut dissapear when scrolling upwards too much and only reapears if you scroll downwards again, by a little. As on WA, it could be always visible. The current behaviour seems not 100% intuitive, at least my mom couldn't not figure it out without an explanation ;)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. scroll upwards by a lot;
2. the scrolling to the bottom shortcut will disapear;
3. it will appear again if you start scrolling down again;
