Creating CLI(Command line interface) with Node.js

The result of actions in CLI on the link:

• Action "List" - to get all contacts from db.json;
• Action "Get" - to get one contact by id from db.json;
• Action "Add" - to add new contact to db.json. For generate id use nanoid;
• Action "Remove" - to delete contact from db.json;
