🩸 Pain
- The website appears quite text heavy
- The benefits of Tina over competitors is not promoted well and is quite hard to find
- The sign up/ log in experience is convoluted - what is the user signing up for?
- The tagline "A CMS With Version Control Built-in" is not very catchy
- The homepage has a nice gif, but can be one-upped with a short video.
💡 Suggested Solution
- Remove unnecessary text and work with a designer to improve flow of the Tina homepage
- Create a generalised "Tina vs Competitors" comparison section on the homepage
- Create a page which goes more in depth of Tina versus each individual competitor in the nav bar
- Use a sign-up wizard to improve sign-up experience
- Change the tag-line to a more catchy line (confirm with designers and marketing)
- Record a video with Adam showing how to use Tina CMS and display instead of gif
