Theming / Skins

I see there are a bunch of bundled themes/skins. How does one utilize those? Is there a parameter somewhere I'm not seeing where I can set the theme to use?
I'll be happy to update the wiki as well with the relevant info.
Those are just part of the AdminLTE theme I use, I think it's just changing the templates to use a different .css file, not something I built in to the system unfortunately.
