Localization issue with copying "Amount I will receive"

the commas and period in the 'Amount I will recieve' copy-area cause a localization issue for users who use periods as thousands delimiters and commas as the decimal indicator. Copying this into the game causes issues for some users.
work-around on 'bug_fixes' branch - removed all commas and periods.
