ipk should provide tilem and yaft

The current ipk provides tilem and yaft, but doesn't mark itself as providing them, or as conflicting with the toltec packages.
I think this isn't an issue any more with the latest releases: https://github.com/timower/rM2-stuff/releases/tag/v0.1.1
There's a package per app.
