Scripts for glmeiv project.

• simulations contains scripts that define the simulation studies.
• writeups contains write-ups in .Rmd and knitted HTML format.
• run_all.sh reproduces the analyses; run this script before knitting the write-ups.
• nextflow.config sets an "advanced" option for the simulation studies. This file strictly speaking is not necessary.
