Wrong variable names in oostethys-18.xml?

The netCDF file OS_M0_20060731_TS.nc does not contain variables named
"HR_TIME_ADCP" and "HR_DEPTH_ADCP". That's why the test case TestIssue18
fails. Do we need other variable names or another data file?

This has been fixed and verified:

configuration file.
