Flagbearer creep

Patch 7.32 introduced a flagbearer creep:
Added Flagbearer Creep. Starting at minute 2 one of the melee creeps in every second creepwave is replaced by a Flagbearer.
This unit will require an icon and a portrait in ReDota.
