Include GitHub URL in parser.py

If you follow the README instruction and download the script or run wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/timhutton/twitter-archive-parser/main/parser.py the Python script itself has no link back to https://github.com/timhutton/twitter-archive-parser (e.g. in the preamble comment).
Adding that would be very helpful for documentation - I anticipate coming back to the archive some time later and forgetting where parser.py came from, e.g. to check for new functionality.
