Austin, Texas, U.S.A. has duplicate entries

There are two entries, and one is busted.
If one types "Austin", the suggestion is "Austin, Texas". If one selects that, there is no associated time zone. The location will be shown as "Unknown". The workaround is to type "Austin, TX". That is a separate entry, and it appears to use a Linux timezone for "America/Chicago", which is acceptable.
