Make the Response faster and the FPS & Training details

How i modify the code to run faster because is running to 2 FPS. And I'm need to know more details of the training how to set the data set for de model y wish class do the training. Please thax for all the help I'm working in my coleg project and your code is excelent for hand sign ASL project.
