Add guesstimate of how long a modules takes

Summary
This addresses discussion #449.
How to approach
- For books and articles, we can do a page count on # of characters
- For other mediums (e.g. video, audio) just take the timestamp duration
- Add a column to the resources table to track the duration for each resource
- Add a field to the suggested resource form in Nova so that contributors can provide a time for a resource
- Programmatically calculate the total time for a module
