Translation guide isn't practical, I suggest a better way

Hi @mattstauffer Thank you guys at Tighten for this incredible amount of greatness you sprinkles around laravel community.
Today I tired to translate some of the contents to but I found that it is surprisingly hard it took me almost 55 min just to setup the project on my local machine!! to be surprised again that most of the content I want to translate is on the database!
So I want to suggest something to get around this maybe it's not the best practical solution ever but I think it will work!
I'll loop manually over onramp production site and extract all of sentences to translate them in a Json/Excel/CSV file then you can write a simple script to merge it in the database along with the translations I'll PR for the basic site sentences later.
How's that sounds? let me know what do you think.
BTW: the language I want to contribute is Arabic.
