a small Gui for reassign the Extensions (for 0.12)

Hi,

could you maybe add a small Gui for reassign the Extensions for view in Explorer..
I have become with to have the Inkscape put they're f.. Icons on the preview in the Explorer,
for reassign this nice preview-extensions should it give a small Surface for switching the preview back to default or assign again to this preview or an other program..(to have only a 3rd possibility)

i love this extension and say thank you very much :)))
