Is there a guide how to backup everything we just set up ?
I'm not I understand what you refer to.
To backup the server where you installed things? Some providers have virtual machine backups.
But part of the idea is that it's easy to create a Docker Swarm cluster from scratch with these steps, so that you can easily destroy one server and create a new one in minutes.
