inference not working for 1.15.0-gpu trained model

I have managed to train the model using my own dataset with tensorflow-gpu:1.15.0 docker image.
But when I tried to use that trained model for inference I got the following error.

assuming this is a compatibility error between 1.15.0-gpu trained model and tensorflow==1.8.0-gpu project code is there any way I can fix it while sticking to 1.15.0 as my rtx 3090 does not support cuda 10.1.
