Cannot run CLI commands

Description

I get an error when I run log4brains init on a new install:

Error: Cannot find module '@hapi/hoek/assert'

Steps to Reproduce

npm i -g log4brains
log4brains init

Expected Behavior

It should not throw an error

Environment

• Log4brains version: 1.0.1
• Node.js version: 18.14.1
• OS and its version: Windows 11
• Browser information:
