Make it easy to switch between channels

Provide ability to join another channel from an ongoing/active channel. It will simply:
- logout user from current channel
- navigate user to another channel of preference
Can switch to channels that are recommended by holaa. Simply pull the help/about section and switch to recommended channels.
If the user wants a custom channel, it's better that s/he logs out and then does so.
