Cannot open in Big Sur 11.6

I'm getting the below error when trying to open in macOS Big Sur 11.6.

UnnaturalScrollWheels” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.

Same as issue #27. This message appears because the app is not notarized. To do so I would need to join the Apple Developer Program for $100 a year (this is a free app so there's no benefit to me doing that). The app doesn't need to be updated at all, the message is misleading and is pretty frustrating since it's essentially Apple asking every user of any app that isn't notarized app to contact its developer to pay Apple $100 a year. Running the app anyway is covered in the Manual Download section of the readme.
