Redesign posts

Do not include:
- like button (we don't have that functionality yet)
- like and reply on comments (we don't have that functionality yet)
By default, the comment section will be expanded. Also note that we currently have a 3 dot menu on your own posts for editing/deleting. We will need to keep this element, even though it's not on the new designs.
