Vimeo video doesn't exist

Having a long link for Vimeo video like https://vimeo.com/642264752/2b99aa08e8 is not accepted by TutorLMS. Instead showing that video TutorLMS is changing that link to https://player.vimeo.com/video/642264752 while the correct should be https://player.vimeo.com/video/642264752**?h=2b99aa08e8**
