not able to find asymmetric_jwt_auth/publickey/add/ on path

as mention to add public key on path http://my.domain/admin/asymmetric_jwt_auth/publickey/add/.
In my case its http://192.168.0.197:8000/admin/asymmetric_jwt_auth/publickey/add/
However I am not able to find this. this shows page not found.
